is BWI's definition of a Joint Venture and how does it work?
A. The joint venture
is an agreement to have BWI partner directly with your company
with the formation of a third company formed with the expressed
purpose of marketing your products or services throughout
our proprietary marketing and media network on a non exclusive
basis. The Joint Venture Company is jointly owned by BWI and
your organization and you select the President.
Q. Do I have to Share My Profits?
A. Only profits on sales tracked to business that flows through
the Joint Venture is shared with the Joint Venture Company.
B. The business that you are currently doing, or additional
business that you do outside the Joint Venture Company, remains
solely yours.
